Leader of delegation for Kuasi Asante Kotoko's trip to Congo for the second leg of the CAF Confederations Cup, Wilfried Parma is furious with the treatment meted at them by fans of CARA Brazzaville.

The FA Champions, Kotoko were attacked and prevented from having their mandatory training ahead of the game on Wednesday by fans of CARA, in Congo.

The team had to be transported in V8's after the bus transporting the players to training was attacked.

"It's very traumatic with our experience in Congo, how do you allow people who are criminals to parade themselves as football supporters and take advantage of situations," Osei Palmer told Oyerepa FM's rep in Congo, Clement Owusu.

"Look at the attack on Issa Amadou, Kotoko's equipment officer, it was uncalled for but surprisingly after winning, all these ceased and it should tell us they are not football minded people, is it the way that they cheat that's why they have 2 more slot, I can't think far."

"For a leader of delegation to sit in the stands to watch the match, I believe CAF should not take this lightly. We have reported to them and will strongly follow it up as an FA, we have pictures to support all these," he added.

"I think Africa should live above all these, football should unite us not to disband us."

Kumasi Asante Koto0ko were eventually booted out of the competition after losing 6-7 on penalties following a 1-1 draw with the club in two legs.
