Tema Youth owner Wilfred Osei Kwaku Palmer says he should be described as useless if he withdraws his case against the Ghana Football Association from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

CAS ruled on the matter and asked the Ghana FA to open the legal process again to look into Tema Youth's protest against Dreams FC for using an unqualified player during their division one league campaign.

Wilfred Osei popularly known as Palmer in an interview with Kumasi based Angel FM noted that he will fight to ensure justice is served.

“I have followed this case for the truth to be clear and at a time CAS has ordered the FA to sit on it why will I tell CAS am no longer interested? If that happens I will be the most useless football administrator Ghana has ever had”.

Palmer further revealed that there is no way the Football Association can start the league without tackling the matter because [CAS] is even bigger than FIFA.

“Do you think the GFA can start the league without tackling the matter? Because CAS will write to them moreover CAS doors are not closed.”

“I am seeking redress from CAS not FA, they are supervising when the finish they must with the matter the FA must refer to CAS on the matter. CAS is bigger than CAF, FIFA and the FA so don’t think i will let the issue fade.” He added.
