Aduana Stars striker, Yayaha Mohammed has revealed that he has been inspired by Leicester City’s fairy-tale triumph in the English Premier League this term to win the Ghana Premier league goal king prize.

The former Asante Kotoko attacker is currently leading the GPL top scorer’s race with 9 goals after netting against Liberty Professionals, Sekondi Hasaacas, Dreams FC and his former club Kotoko.

After missing out on the GPL goalking title to Mahatma Otoo in 2012, Yahaya Mohammed is eager to win it this time round.

“You remember when I was in Amidaus, i took the lead in the goal king race and all of a sudden Mahatma Otoo surpassed me and at the end of the season he won the accolade”.

“Its football and whoever taught Leicester City will win this seasons EPL title but it happened so I am really motivated to win it this time round,” Yahaya said on Starr FM.
