Winger Moro Sumaila on Monday afternoon bagged a hat-trick to power Ebusua Dwarfs to thump Karela United 4-1 in the Ghana Premier League.

Visiting the difficult CAM Park grounds today, the away team from the Central Region knew that they needed to amass the maximum points to boost their chances of winning the 2020/2021 league title.

Putting up a very good performance, Ebusua Dwarfs equalized through Moro Sumaila after just 12 minutes into the first half to take the lead.

Holding on to go into the break, the away team returned from recess to run riot over the home team.

Moro Salifu bagged his second in the 49th minute before Enoch Affram also scored in the 67th minute to give Dwarfs a 3-0 lead.

Although Karmaradini Mamudu would net a consolation for Karela United, a third equalizer from Moro Sumaila in the 81st minute sealed a massive 4-1 win for his side.

The win gives Ebusua Dwarfs a massive boost as far as the goal to survive relegation is concerned.
