Liberty Professionals on Sunday afternoon put up a resolute performance to draw goalless with Medeama SC at the Tarkwa Akoon Park.
The Dansoman-based club traveled to Tarkwa today to lock horns with the Yellow and Mauve for a matchday six encounter in the ongoing 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season.
On the matchday, Medeama SC dominated play in the first half eager to get on the scoresheet.
Unfortunately for the side, the attackers drew blunt throughout the first 45 minutes.
Having some moments in the second half, Liberty Professionals came close to scoring but the defense of the home team stood strong.
Eventually, with no goals in the second half, both teams have been forced to settle for a point apiece at the end of the 90 minutes.
Per the result, Medeama SC now sits 12th on the Ghana Premier League standings with Liberty Professionals up in the 9th spot.
