Veteran striker, Yahaya Mohammed scored for Aduana Stars on Wednesday afternoon to inspire the side to defeat Inter Allies FC 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League.
The Dormaa-based club today hosted the side from the capital at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park for a matchday 16 encounter of the ongoing league season.
Putting on a good performance, the home team managed to impress as they dominated the visitors.
In the final minutes of the first half, striker Yahaya Mohammed scored with a fine effort to shoot Aduana Stars into the lead before the break.
In the second half of end to end action, an own goal from Emmanuel Adjetey wrapped up a delightful 2-1 win for Aduana Stars with Samuel Armah netting a consolation for Inter Allies FC in the 84th minute.
