Techiman Eleven Wonders on Saturday afternoon came from behind to defeat Aduana Stars 2-1 in the Ghana Premier League.
The defending champions of the Ghana Premier League today locked horns with the Matchday 22 opponent looking to amass three points to improve their position on the league table.
Following a very good start to the match, Aduana Stars had the lead after just 12 minutes into the first half. Experienced forward Bright Adjei received a pass and fired in from close range to give the visitors the advantage.
Unfortunately, they could not hold on with Eleven Wonders coming in strong to restore parity five minutes later through an equalizer from Tetteh Nortey.
Later in the second half, Techiman Eleven Wonders pushed and scored in the 88th minute through Samuel Boakye to cruise to a hard-fought 2-1 win against Aduana Stars.
