Black Stars assistant coach, David Duncan has disclosed that managing the 2005 Black Starlets was his hardest job ever.
Coach Duncan handled the team between 2004 and 2005 as he led the team to finish second in the African Youth Championship (AYC) in The Gambia.
The 56-year-old qualified the team to the FIFA U-17 World Cup the same year but got eliminated after the first round after drawing all three games.
"Undoubtedly it would be The Starlets Squad of 2005 that I had to handle from The Preliminary stage of qualification through Gambia to Peru; for reasons that cannot be treated here,” Duncan stated in an answer to a question posed to him on twitter on his toughest job.
"Club sides have always taken a pattern that my philosophy has helped to satisfactorily cope with."
The former Hearts of Oak trainer was also in charge as Ghana failed to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
