2018 AWCON: Black Queens forward Priscilla Hagan set miss tournament due to injury

Black Queens forward Priscilla Hagan is set to miss the upcoming 2018 Africa Women's Cup of Nations after picking up an injury during their tour of Zambia and Kenya.

Hagan, who is one of the foreign-based players in the side picked up the injury at training.

The forward's absence will be a big blow to the female national team head coach Bashir Hayford ahead of the competition which they hope to do well in.

However, Coach Bashir Hayford is yet to name his final 21-man squad for the Women's championship which commences from November 17 to December 1.

Meanwhile, the Black Queens will play the Banyana Banyana of South Africa in ther last friendly on Sunday at the renovated Accra Sports Stadium.

Zambia defeated the Black Queens 3-2 and drew 1-1 with Kenya in their two international warm-up friendlies.

Ghana have been paired in group A alongside  Algeria, Cameroon and Mali.
