Black Queens winger Sherifatu Sumaila has praised her coach Bashir Hayford ahead of their last group game on Friday.
Ghana must beat Cameroon on Friday to stand a chance of making the next stage of the competition.
Coach Bash has come under criticism following his attach on some media personnel after their defeat to Mali.
Many feel the former Asante Kotoko coach is solely to be blamed for the team's insipid showing at the tournament.
But Sherifatu Sumaila who has been brilliant for the Queens insists coach Bash has been helpful to them.
"Our coach has been very helpful & we need the crowd because it’s a motivation for us," she said
"Let us try to AVOID the BLAME game and look forward to the Task Ahead. It’s not over until it’s over. We might only have one match but we can make an explosion. Believe over Hope. In Shaa Allah.”
Sherifatu was adjudged woman of the match in Ghana's group opener with Algeria which they won 1-0.
