Black Queens coach Bashir Hayford will train in the coming days without six of his key players as they continue preparations for the upcoming African Women's Championship.

Goalkeeper Patricia Mantey, Rosemary Ampem, Ellen Coleman, Mary Essiful, Alice Kusi and Sandra Owusu-Ansah have all left the training base in Prampram to finalize deals outside the country.

The players are expected to be back on time to continue preparations ahead of the big tournament.

However coach Hayford still awaits the arrival of the foreign based players led by skipper of the side Elizabeth Addo. Faustina Ampah, Priscilla Okyere, Linda Eshun and Portia Boakye are yet to join the team.

The 2018 African Women's Championship will begin on November 17 to 1st of December.
