2018 World Cup: Avram Grant admits facing selection headache ahead of Uganda clash

Published on: 06 October 2016

Ghana coach Avram Grant has admitted his players are making it very difficult for him to settle on his starting line up for Ghana's game against Uganda.

The Black Stars will take on the Cranes of Uganda on Friday in a 2018 World Cup qualifier at the Tamale Stadium.

Grant who named a 23-man squad has had all the players report to camp and trained ahead of the game.

In the period that he has been Black Stars coach, it has been easy to predict Black Stars line ups.

But the Israeli trainer this time admits the high level of all the players is making him have sleepless nights as to who will start the game.

'My players have trained well and are all in good shape, no injuries as well so it is really giving me selection headache,' he said

'Brimah and Kwarasey have been good as well as Ofori, you look in midfield, Daniel Amartey and Thomas Partey are doing well.

'But it is my job to put things right and i will do exactly so.'
