2018 World Cup Qualifier: Uganda to arrive in Togo on Tuesday ahead of Ghana clash

Ghana’s Opponent for the opening 2018 World cup qualifiers, Uganda will move camp to neighbouring Togo ahead of the game slated for October 7.

The East African country- who broke a 38-year-old barricade by qualifying for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations to be staged in Gabon between January-February 2017, decided to bring the training camp to West Africa to acclimatize to the conditions and to check the state of players physically and technically.

The Cranes of Uganda will travel to Accra from Togo before flying to the match venue in Tamale.

Ghana is housed in the same group as Uganda in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers alongside Congo Brazzaville and Egypt
