2019 WAFU cup: Black Stars B engage in 'jama' session ahead of final with Senegal [VIDEO]

Ahead of the final of the 2019 WAFU Cup of Nations tournament between Senegal and Ghana, the Black Stars B team are poised for action and are booming with confidence after wrapping up training for the encounter.

A video from the camp of the team highlights the good morale in camp as the players engaged in a ‘jama’ session in a build-up to the crucial meeting with the hosts later this evening.

Ghana will be hoping to retain the trophy they won on home soil two years ago to make it three successive triumphs.

To do that though, they will need to upset the host nation in the final which promises to be full of action. Both teams have been outstanding since the start of the tournament and deserve to go home with gold.

The match will be played in Thies at the Stade Lat Dior at 19:00GMT.
