Ghana Premier League poster boy, Augustine Okrah scored with a fantastic effort on Sunday afternoon to propel his Bechem United outfit to a deserved 1-0 win against Aduana Stars.
The forward was recently in the camp of the Black Stars after he was invited for the first phase of the qualifiers for the 2023 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
However, before Ghana’s national team travelled to Angola to face off with the Central African Republic, he was dropped from the team after he was reportedly deemed not good enough by coach Otto Addo.
Keeping his head high and returning to Bechem United, Augustine Okrah today featured for his club when the team hosted Aduana Stars in the matchday 32 encounter of the Ghana Premier League.
The in-form poster boy of the Hunters put up a splendid performance on the matchday and scored the only goal of the game in the 16th minute to propel the Hunters to a delightful 1-0 win at the end of the tough game.
