Bechem United on Wednesday afternoon fought hard to defeat struggling Eleven Wonders 1-0 in the Ghana Premier League.
The Hunters having made a strong start to the 2021/2022 Ghanaian top-flight league remain high up on the standings of the division although the form of the team has dipped in the last few games.
Today, the team was tested by Techiman Eleven Wonders, a side that has been poor since the start of the new league season and is currently in the relegation zone of the league table.
Although it was a tough contest for Bechem United, the team managed to secure all three points thanks to an equalizer from Augustine Okrah from the spot.
Courtesy of the win, Bechem United are now 5th on the Ghana Premier League table. Meanwhile, Eleven Wonders sees their woes deepen as the team stays stuck in the relegation zone.
