Ghana and Dunav Ruse right-back Samuel Inkoom has earned a late call-up to the Black Stars for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe.
Coach Kwesi Appiah has handed Inkoom a late invitation as replacement for Columbus Crew defender Harrison Afful for the double header.
Afful will not be available for Ghana's Afcon qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome and Principe in November.
The former FC Basel right-back has featured in nine league games for Dunav Ruse in the Bulgarian top-flight so far this season.
The 30-year-old has made 46 appearances and scored once for Ghana.
