Published on: 07 January 2021

Hearts of Oak head coach Kosta Papic is set to be without the services of six players ahead of their Ghana Premier League game against with Elmina Sharks FC at the Ndoum Sports complex.

Midfield trio, Abdul Rahman Mamani Lalawi, Emmanuel Nettey and Abdul Aziz Nurudeen will miss the trip to Cape Coast due to injuries.

Michelle Sarpong, Kwadwo Obeng Junior and Isaac Mensah have also been ruled out of the clash.

Kosta Papic's side thrashed Bechem United 6-1 in their last league encounter at the Accra Sports stadium.

Sarpong has been given a minimum of 14 days by the medical team whiles Emmanuel Nettey continues to nurse an injury that kept him out of actions for the last three match days.

The medical team of the Phobians is however hoping to have some positive news from Abdul Aziz Nurudeen for the clash with Elmina Sharks.

Hearts of Oak are currently 5th on the league table with 11 points after seven matches played thus far.
