Aduana Stars coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has lauded his players after recording their first win of the season with a 2-0 win over Hearts of Oak in a match day one outstanding game on Wednesday.
Yahaya Mohammed opened the scoring in the 42nd minute before Prince Acquah added the second a minute into the second half at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.
The win moves the defending champions to 7th with six points on the league table after five games played thus far.
"Well, I think I told you that we will be coming out all guns blazing. And that we’re going to fight for every ball because these three points is important for us to be able to turn the page and to change the narrative," Paa Kwesi Fabin said in his post-match interview.
"And I think they did well and they played to instructions," he added.
Aduana Stars will take on Berekum Chelsea at the Berekum City Park in their next league game on Sunday.
