Bechem United failed to take advantage of their home turf and recorded a 1-1 draw against Dreams on Sunday.
The Hunters needed just 11 minutes to break the deadlock. They were given a penalty which Moro Salifu converted with aplomb.
Dreams pushed on for a goal and were rewarded with the equaliser in the 73rd minute.
Issah stepped up from 12 yards and finished expertly.
Bechem are now third on the log and Dreams are 14th.
