Elmina Sharks have gotten back to winning ways by securing a 1-0 win over Inter Allies at home.
After the 4-2 loss to AshantiGold last time out, they needed a victory to boost their confidence and they got that on Sunday.
The goal was scored by Benjamin Tweneboah who expertly converted a penalty in the 42nd minute.
In the second half, Inter Allies pushed for an equaliser but unfortunately were unable to get it.
Elmina Sharks are 6th on the log and Inter Allies find themselves in 16th place.
