2021 Ghana Premier League: Hearts coach Kosta Papic bemoans missed chances following Aduana Stars Defeat

Kosta Papic has rued his side's missed chances as Hearts of Oak fell to the hands of Aduana Stars in a match day one outstanding game on Wednesday.

The Phobians lost 2-0 at Nana Agyemang Badu Park at Dormaa as they slipped to 10th on the league table after five matches.

Yahaya Mohammed opened the scoring in the 42nd minute before Prince Acquah added the second a minute into the second half at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park.

Randy Ovuka failed to get a consolation for the Phobians late in the game as his penalty was saved by the Joseph Addo.

"We are not ready for this match obviously. I mean the players. Little bit better in the second half, but that is not enough. Missing so many chances, missing the penalty is not giving us the chance to win the match today," coach Papic said in the post-match interview.

"Like I said before the match, it is going to be upside down, one match you win, one match you lose. Until we start to be stable.

"Time is not there but this will come," he added.
