Ghanaian side Dreams FC have set off from Mali to Ghana after their exploits in Mali in the CAF Confederation Cup on Sunday evening.

The MTN FA Cup holds are now en route to Ghana after beating Mali’s Stade Malien 2-1 in the first leg of the quarterfinal of the second tier club competition in Africa.

The Still Belive lads will touch down in Ghana later today, Monday ahead of the reverse fixture on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Dreams FC are on the verge of securing a historic semifinal spot in their first attempt in a CAF inter-club competition.

Experienced striker John Antwi scored the two goals; the first an equalizer before converting a penalty to win the game for the Ghanaian side away in Bamako.

Dreams FC are advocating for Ghanaians to fill the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday when they take on Stade Malien.
