The Phobians will play as guests to their city neighbours in match week 11 of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hearts of Oak announced the appointment of then-assistant coach Abdul Rahim Bashiru as their interim head coach on Monday. This follows the departure of head coach Martin Koopman after a string of poor results since his appointment at the start of the season.

Bashiru, a former Legon Cities assistant coach, will now take charge of the Phobians on interim basis following the departure of his boss.

He was appointed together with Koopman at the start of the ongoing season. The two have taken charge of 10 games, picking only two wins.

The Phobians have drawn six of those games and suffered two defeats. They have scored six goals and conceded five.
