Aduana Stars assistant head Coach W.O Tandoh has insisted that the ongoing 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season has been tough despite the fact that his team remains in the top four.

The Dormaa-based club after playing 9 matches has one of the best records in the division. They boast of 5 wins, as well as 2 draws and 2 losses. The enviable record has the club sitting 3rd on the Ghana Premier League standings and in a good position to fight for the title.

Over the weekend, Aduana Stands locked horns with Hearts of Oak at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park. Despite the home advantage, the ‘Ogya Boys’ only earned a point after drawing goalless.

Speaking to the press at his post-match interview, coach W.O Tandoh observed that the league has been difficult this season.

“The league is tough and anything can happen. If he [Hearts of Oak coach Nii Odoom] has taken a point here then I must go there and also take a point there or I win the game”, the gaffer said.
