Two-time Ghana Premier League champions, Aduana Stars have rubbished reports that they are set to reappoint Yusif Abubakar as the head coach of the club.

It has emerged that Fire Boys have contacted the former Hearts of Oak and Medeama SC gaffer over the club's vacant coaching role.

However, the Public Relations Officer of the club, Evan Oppong has refuted that reportage.

“Aduana Stars hasn’t made any contact with coach Yusif Abubakar to come back to the club.” spokesperson Evans Oppong told Sunyani-based Space FM

The Fire Club are without a substantive coach after the exit of Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
