Ghana coach Avram Grant is expected to maintain Frank Acheampong at the left back position in their final group game against Egypt on Wednesday.
Acheampong was used as left back in the Mali game following Baba Rahman's injury.
The Anderlecht player impressed and emerged as one of Ghana's best performers in the game.

The 23-year old has established himself and adjusted quickly to the role.
He is expected to start in the same role in their final group game against Egypt.
