Ghana coach Avram Grant says striker Jordan Ayew played his best game for the Black Stars in their 1-0 win over Uganda on Tuesday.
Jordan was heavily criticised after what many described as a below par performance from him in the game.
Avram kept faith in the Aston Villa player as he lasted the entire duration of the game.
According to the Israeli trainer Jordan was on top of his game.
"I think Jordan played his best game today, in the first half he was very good and created lots of chances," said Grant
"Sometimes it is normal when you come to tournaments but i was impressed with his performance and i know he will make it big here."
