The Black Stars will leave their training base in the United Arab of Emirates today for Gabon.
Coach Avram Grant and his team have been in the gulf country for two weeks preparing for the tournament which they have been tasked to win.
The team is expected to arrive in Port Gentil on Friday night to prepare for their Group opener against Uganda on January 17.
Ghana have been drawn in Group D together with Uganda, Mali and Egypt.
