Injured Baba Rahman has left the Black Stars camp in Port Gentil for Germany.
The on-loan Chelsea player at German side Schalke 04 is expected to undergo further test on suspected knee damage.
Rahman picked up that injury in Ghana's Group opener against Uganda on Tuesday.
Scans in Libreville revealed damaged meniscus and is his club Schalke 04 want to have a closer look at the player before deciding on the next move.
