Ghana hero Michael Ephson has shared his excitement after inspiring the Black Satellites to beat Senegal in the semifinal to reach finals of the ongoing 13th Africa Games.

Ephson, who plies his trade for Ghana Premier League side Samartex made substitute appearance as the Ghana U20 team inflicted a narrow win over the Young Teranga Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday to book a date with Uganda on Friday.

The Timber giants attacker late strike was all Ghana needed to stay in contention for a gold medal at the tournament being held in Accra.

Ephson is expected to play a huge role for the Black Satellites team as they seek to win the ultimate on home soil.

The Black Satellites has exhibited some tough performance at the ongoing tournament and are aiming to climax the competition in style by beating Uganda to win gold.
