Former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has revealed that he hopes to make a return to the club either to take up a management role or to be a coach in the future.

The Udinese midfielder joined the Porcupine Warriors in 2008 following an impressive stint with Berekum Chelsea.

Having played just a year for the Reds, he earned a loan move to Recreativo before subsequently being signed by Italian Serie A side Udinese.

Now 29 years of age, Agyemang Badu has opened up on his desire to enter into coaching when he retires as he stresses that he wants to return to Kotoko for a role in the future.

In an interview with Asempa FM, the FIFA U-20 World Cup winner said, “I have unfinished business with Asante Kotoko and I know I will one day come back to the club either in a coaching capacity or managerial role. I really love the club”.

The midfielder has spent the 2019/2020 football season on loan at Hellas Verona. Due to an illness, he has only managed to make 4 appearances.
