Bechem United striker Ahmed Toure has joined Ivorian giants Asec Mimosa on a two year deal following the end of his contract with the hunters.

The 29 year old signed a deal with the former African Champions on Tuesday after having a successful negotiation with the club.

The Ivorian born Burkinbe International left Bechem for Abidjan last week before finally penning a deal with the Ivorians.

Toure will replace Burkinabe striker Hervé Oussalé who cancelled his contract with the Abidjan based club at the end of last season.

The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker, Ahmed Toure enjoyed a good season with Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League after netting 13 times from 26 appearances.

Toure was part of the team that featured in the confederations Cup but failed to go beyond the Preliminary stages after they were booted out of the competition by Al Ahli Tripoli.

Meanwhile the Burkina Faso International was one of the target for Kumasi Asante Kotoko, a club he once played for in the past.
