Ajax manager John Heitinga backs striker Brian Brobbey to develop to score more goals

The manager of Ajax, John Hetinga is confident that youngster Brian Brobbey has what it takes to develop his game more to become a deadly striker.

According to him, the forward is still young and will learn to score more goals as the years go by.

“First we talked about Brian's fitness, now we talk about scoring goals and walking to the near post. He is still a young boy and there are still plenty of areas for him to develop. An Ajax striker also has to score goals and luckily he scores. Hopefully, there will be more,” John Heitinga said after Ajax beat Utrecht at home over the weekend.

In the Dutch Eredivisie clash, Brian Brobbey was on the scoresheet as Ajax cruised to a 3-1 victory.

On the matchday, Black Stars poster boy Mohammed Kudus also featured for the hosts.

He put on a fantastic display and earned high marks at the end of the contest.
