President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo made no comment on the future of Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah.
Appiah’s two-year contract expires at the end of this December and there has not official communication on whether he will be handed a new contract or not.
Appiah failed to win the African Cup of nations which has put his job on the line.
However, the influential president of Ghana who allegedly has a say in who should coach the Black Stars is quiet on the future of Appiah.
“Whether or not Kwasi Appiah should be kept as Black Stars coach is a difficult one to answer.” President Akufo-Addo stated after a question was posed by Patrick Osei-Agyemang of Multi Media.
