Ghanaian player Albert Adomah missed a last gasp penalty as his club side Aston Villa crashed out of the League Cup.
Villa lost 1-0 to League 1 side Burton on Tuesday night in the Carabao Cup.
Liam Boyd handed Burton Albion a second half lead after a pulsating opening half of the cup game before Adomah’s missed handed the host an eventual win which took them to the next stage of the competition.
