Former deputy chairman of the National Chapters Committee (NCC) of Hearts of Oak, Aziz Haruna Futtah has launched a scathing attack on Alhaji Akambi and Vincent Odotei for their poor handling of the club.

Akambi and Odotei have both come under a lot of scrutiny from former officials and players of Hearts of Oak for the past months as the problem of the club.

The Phobias are currently struggling this season and this led the club to part ways with Samuel Boadu after failing to win a game in the league - losing one and drawing two after three matches played so far.

"Alhaji Akambi and Vincent Sowah Odotei are only loyal to Togbe Afede XIV and not Hearts of Oak," Haruna Futtah told Asempa FM.

Coach Boadu, who won five trophies at the club was replaced by former Asante Kotoko coach, David Ocloo.

Hearts suffered a humiliating 3-0 loss to AS Real Bamako in the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup qualifiers in Mali on Saturday.

The Phobians welcome the Malian side to the Accra Sports stadium in the return leg on Sunday.

The winner of the tie will move to the play-off round where they will face one of the 16 losers from the CAF Champions League second round.

Hearts of Oak are Ghana’s sole representative in Africa following Asante Kotoko’s early exit from the CAF Champions League.
