Am excited to be here – Richard Arthur after joining Kotoko

Ghanaian International, Richard Arthur has expressed his excitement after completing his move to Ghana Premier League giant, Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

The former Wa All Stars poster boy signed for the Porcupine Warriors on Monday, July 8, 2019, after passing a mandatory medical. He has penned a three-year deal that will see him playing for the Reds until 2022.

He has taken to his official Twitter handle to disclose that he is excited to have joined the Kumasi based side and cannot wait to start the upcoming season with the side.

“I am very excited to have completed a 3 year deal with Asante Kotoko. Can't wait to get started and get to know the fans more. 'Wo kum apem aa apem b3ba”, said in a Tweet.

The former Saint Georges FC player has become the Kotoko’s seventh signing of the window following the arrivals of Kwame Baah, Justice Blay, Kelvin Andoh, Godfred Asiamah, Adingra Bidodane Moussa and Ampem Dacosta.

They are expected to boost the squad of Kotoko as they begin preparations for the 2019/2020 where they will be competing in the CAF Champions League as well as the Ghana Premier League.
