Administrative Manager for Dreams FC Ameenu Shardow has apologized to the management of the club for signing on their behalf admitting their readiness to partake in the Normalization Committee Special Competition.

Ameenu Shadow with Kessben FM in Kumasi disclosed that, he signed to agree to participate in the competition without consulting the club management and confirmed he was already preparing a letter to the committee to rescind the decision before he heard about the cancellation of the tournament.

“I apologize for signing the documents on behalf of Dreams. I didn’t consult my Board of Directors before signing. I thought all the clubs have agreed to participate that is the reason why I signed,” he told Kessben FM.

Ameenu Shardow also insisted there was no way Dreams FC would have participate in the competition.

“I was even ready to write to them back and rescind the decision. Before I heard they have cancelled the competition. We weren’t ready to participate,” he added.

The Normalization Committee confirmed yesterday only two clubs, Kotoko and Dreams FC, confirmed their readiness to participate in the competition.
