After a poor start for Amiens, Emmanuel Lomotey has clearly gained momentum over the past month. Beyond his recent goals against Auxerre and Troyes, the Ghanaian international seems to have found his place both on the pitch and in the dressing room.

Emmanuel Lomotey has been showing a whole new level of competitiveness for a month. In the midst of the purge against Sochaux, he was one of the few to survive.

In Toulouse, he was swept away by the collective stagnation but he was also at the origin of the revolt against Auxerre. All before releasing a successful performance during the beautiful victory against Troyes last weekend.

"Whether it's in the middle or in defense, he's putting goals in training and in matches," said Oswald Tanchot. Frankly, he's fine right now,"

Recruited to play in midfield, Emmanuel Lomotey now appears to be a very credible option in central defense, where his agreement with Nicholas Opoku is working wonders.

As in the dressing room, it may well be alongside Nicholas Opoku that Emmanuel Lomotey has a place on the pitch.
