Ghana striker Andre Ayew is expected to have his West Ham medical ahead of a move to the East London side.
A fee of £20million for Ayew has been agreed with West Ham and the 26-year-old is ready to put pen to paper on a move to the Hammers.
But ahead of his medical, West Ham and Ayew will hope Swansea can conclude a deal for Baston as soon as possible.
