Arsenal are confident beating Tottenham to the signing of AS Monaco winger Thomas Lemar.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has already tabled an £87 million bid for Monaco hitman Kylian Mbappe.
L'Equipe says they are preparing to table another big offer for his team-mate Lemar.
They will face bitter competition from North London rivals Spurs for the winger.
Lemar has still yet to agree a new deal with the French champions, and although he is under contract until 2020, he is said to be tempted by a move to the Premier League.
