Arsenal hero Martin Keown has branded Alexis Sanchez a "drama queen" after his play-acting in victory over Leicester City.
Sanchez caused some controversy when he clutched his face deep in stoppage time after being struck on the shoulder by a Christian Fuchs throw-in.
And Keown wasn't impressed with his antics.
“It was very embarrassing. Sanchez is becoming a bit of a drama queen — he seems to be making a lot out of everything at the moment," Keown told the Daily Mail.
“This behaviour will not help him when it comes to 50/50 decisions with referees.
“A few moments after the throw-in incident, Sanchez was awarded a free-kick. It looked a nasty foul on Sanchez but the referee told the player to get up.
“You do not want a reputation as a player who falls over easily. When Sanchez arrived at Arsenal I liked his toughness. Now he is looking for protection from referees."
