Premier League side Arsenal are set to battle it out with Italian giants Juventus over the signing of Porto starlet Andre Silva reportsTransfer Market Web. League rivals Manchester United too are said to be interested after sending scouts to watch the striker in action.
Silva has been in brilliant form for the Portugese club this season scoring 15 goals so far while also registering five assists. The Gunners see the 21-year-old as the ideal player to lead them next season considering the uncertainty over Alexis Sanchez's future at the Emirates.

The Gunners however are set to face stiff competition from Juventus for the services of the Portugese international, with the Turin based side also looking to add more firepower to their already deadly forward line.

The 21-year-old though wont come in cheap as he has a 60m release clause with Porto with his contractstill having four-and-a-half years left to run. The Gunners are in desperate need of goal scorers up front as seen by their listless display against Liverpool on Saturday.
If Silva arrives it will most likely be as a replacement for Sanchez who is yet to commit his future to Arsenal. The Chilean started on the bench against Liverpool raising further doubts over his future with the Gunners.
