Arsenal look set to break the bank and offerLaurent Koscielny a new four-year deal worth around £14.6m, according toL'Equipe.
The 31-year-old has become a commanding figure at the heart of Arsenal's defence following an£8.5m switch from Lorient in 2010, making 260 appearances over seven seasons.
And now he looks set to pen a new deal in north London, which will see him stay at the Emirates until 2020.
French newspaperL'Equipeclaim that Koscielny could evensign a new deal before this Wednesday's Champions Leagueclash with Ligue 1 outfit PSG.
The deal is expected to be the Frenchman's last contract with Arsenal, which will end when he is 35.

And Koscielny isn't the only star Arsenal plan on splashing the cash on, as they are also trying to tempt playmakerMesut Ozil to a new deal worth a stunning £200k-a-week.
Despite the fact thatGerman defender Per Mertasacker was announced as Arsenal's captain at the start of the season, his absence has seen Koscielny step in and take the armband, forminga solid partnership with summer signingShkodran Mustafi.
The Gunners struggled in their 1-1 draw away at Manchester United on Saturday, relying on a late Olivier Giroud header to level the scores after Juan Mata scored for the home-side.
The draw leaves them in fourth, two points off league-leaders Liverpool and Manchester City, and level with Chelsea in third, who play Middlesbrough on Sunday afternoon.
