Premier League giants will ruin the transfer plans of Everton if they successfully sign Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid according to Daily Star.
It has been reported that Diego Simeone is keeping a close watch on Napoli midfielder Allan and wants to snatch him as soon as Partey leaves. Everton also made him a target and will be forced to look elsewhere if Atletico Madrid make a formal offer for the Brazilian.
Thomas Partey is keen on a move to Arsenal and only finances stand in the way of a potential move in the summer transfer window. Mikel Arteta is also a huge fan of the 26 year old and has made him his priority.
His release clause currently stands at 50 million euros and a proposal to extend his stay at the Spanish capital is on the table.
The Ghanaian midfielder has been a key part of Madrid's setup this season, making 38 appearances in all competitions.
