Hoffenheim chief Alexander Rosen insists he's happy in his job.
Rosen is being linked with Arsenal as the London crisis club seek to appoint a first football director.
However, the TSG chief insisted to BILD: "I feel that my work is recognized by many people.
"For me, Hoffenheim is not just an employer after almost eight years with the club. There is of course a special connection to many employees and to the guys - no question."
On the Arsenal rumours, TSG spokesman Holger Kliem also said: "We are not involved in speculation."
