Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom insists Arsenal were lucky to pick all three points in Thursday’s Europa League match in Belgrade.

Olivier Giroud's spectacular overhead kick late on made it three wins from three for Arsenal in Group H.

Meanwhile, Red Star Belgrade striker Boakye-Yiadom could not last the entire duration of the game after sustaining an injury hence had to make way with 10 minutes to the end of the game.

The Ghanaian international says Arsenal were lucky to pick points in Belgrade after the home side dominated and wasted chances.

He posted on twitter,"My injury is minor. Arsenal were lucky. We fought & will fight again next time out at the Emirates."
