English Premier League giants Arsenal are preparing to make another attempt to sign Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid.

However, they have to sell some players to make enough room to bring in new ones. Arsenal reportedly have too many non homegrown players in their squad.

In the Premier League, a maximum of 17 non homegrown players are allowed in a team. Arsenal reportedly have 18 non homegrown players and have to let go of some to make room for Partey.

The Gunners are searching for ways to let Lucas Torreira and Sead Kolasinac go. Torreira has been linked with a move to Fiorentina and Torino whilst Kolasinac reportedly has offers from Germany and West Ham.

It will be interesting to see if Arsenal make the sales in time.
