Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong is set to renew his contract at the club following his loyalty to the Reds.
According to local media reports, this is an attempt to ward off the several interests both local and international clubs have expressed in the experienced player.
Frimpong has been a first-team regular since joining from BA United four seasons ago.
With some few months left on his contract management is expected to hold a meeting with him in the coming days to lock him down.
